EFT Tapping Routine for Pet Loss Grief

Feel better fast with EFT!

While as animal lovers we know that goodbyes are inevitable, that doesn’t make it any easier to say goodbye to our beloved pets when they make their transition from this world.

And many of us wish things could have gone differently – we could have done more or done things differently – and we carry guilt about that.

So we are walking around with hearts that are hurting.

I see this every day in my work with clients when I do pet mediumship readings. My clients come to me in pain and distress about missing their pets and they are often beating themselves up for how events unfolded around their pets’ deaths.

But we don’t have to carry that emotional burden around with us all the time. We can gently heal the emotional pain by tapping on acupressure points with EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques).

EFT tapping doesn’t change what happened, but it helps us release the strong emotions that are attached to the memories so we can feel better.

    Hi Cara,

EFT is a great tool to unlock the deep stuck emotion around the transition of a pet. My grief has gone on for a long time laden with guilt. EFT is helping to release and heal those blockages. I have been wanting to connect with Sami for a long time and was not open and healed enough to receive his connection. Thank-you for your guidance in this healing process. I will continue to heal the many layers of my guilt and grief through this video that you have created. Thank-you.

I am now 78 y.o., at age 12 a selfish and immature neighbor poisoned our beloved little toy manchester terrier named Skippy.
Skippy was there for all of our family and he listened carefully to my angst as I had begun puberty. I have grieved his death for years and I thank you for the EFT experience to help deal with grief and loss. With my own pets, I have learned to thank each of them for what they so unselfishly gave to me. I loved being able to hold them when it was time for them to leave. Animal communicators
were a big help when they were preparing to leave and a comfort in reaching out to them after they passed over the Rainbow Bridge.

Thank you Cara. It’s so helpful to know you understand the grief and the tapping does help and it will be a great help to me when I feel really sad.

    Hi Cara
Thank you for this EFT healing. I was so blocked with guilt and sadness that I couldn’t move on from it. I lost my darling Sophie just two days ago. I put her through an operation that I thought would give her a good quality of life but unfortunately she didn’t survive. We didn’t have her very long but I couldn’t believe how a little dog could penetrate your heart so quickly and deeply.
I was so stuck and with your kindness I have been able to release some of the pain. It has become more manageable.
    Thank you once again.
