Holiday stress is real! But we can tap into the wisdom from the animals to help us relax and find peace during the busy, stressful holiday season.

One quick fix that I use regularly to de-stress is mindfulness meditation. I focus on my breathing for a few breaths and repeat affirmations to accompany my inhalation and exhalation.

Of course, being me, I’ve added animal wisdom into my practice! (I just can’t help myself!)
