Animal Communication

Animal Communicator Training: Daily Self Care for AC

Are you feeling scattered or stressed out as you go through your busy day? Is this killing your ability to get calm and focused with your animals? Is it getting in the way of your progress as an animal communicator?

If you don’t have a daily self-care routine that works with your natural biorhythms, you are making it harder on yourself to just get through the day, let alone communicate with animals!

An effective daily routine will naturally enhance your ability to communicate intuitively with animals. And help you avoid that scattered, stressed out feeling that comes with being at the whim of outside forces and events.

This week, I share my daily self-care routine that helps me function optimally as an Animal Communicator (it took me literally years to figure this out!). I will also help you create your own daily self-care routine that works for you.

Take charge of your life and watch this video now!

Now It’s Your Turn

What components do you feel need to be in your daily self-care routine? I’d love to hear from you. Please share in the comments! (And your animals will thank you, too!)

Love this, Dr. Cara! My schedule can vary from week to week with my petsitting, so getting into a regular habit can be challenging but really good for balance. I love the app HeadSpace, as they offer regular set times for short group meditations and have a lot that is nourishing mentally and spiritually.
Thank you so much for your pearls of wisdom – your insight is always so valuable to me and I know for many, many others!

Hi Dr. Cara & Fellow AC’s,
This video was exactly on par with what I needed as that is the exact point I am at so have become extremely frustrated.
My issue is that I am 71, retired and currently recovering from a total hip replacement. I cannot tolerate the heat & humidity at all so being outside is not in my repertoire. I joined the YMCA to go swimming and the next day they closed due to Covid so no swimming either.
Your suggestion of exercise reminded me – I heard my neighbour’s door open & jumped up to ask her about her Cubbii. I had seen hers and wondered if it worked for her. You inspired me! I believe your timing of some of your posts is very intuitive!
Thanks to my AC course I have learned that I am not nearly as alone in procrastination as I thought and have realized I haven’t really had a lot in the way of a routine since I retired as it hasn’t really mattered – now it matters!
    Thank you for this video!
