Time to Reflect on 2019 and Dream into 2020
We are all connected: we are all residing in an energy field that surrounds us and moves through us. So there are universal things happening for all of us, no matter what part of the globe we live in.
I love sharing my monthly forecast with you because it is all about what’s going on globally for all of us. We’re all going through the same thing – we’re all in the same energy field.
So what does this energy field have in store for us this month?
Reflection and Projection
This month, the focus is on introspection, interdependence and focusing on what you want to create in the New Year.
BEAR, LEOPARD, and GIBBON remind us to enjoy the natural cycles of life, take time for reflection and start to make the changes you want to see in the world at home.

thank you so much Dr Cara – I love the feelings of bear, leopard and gibbon being with me. December has started with family difficulties around self expression, allowing the uniqueness of others yet being able to remain and not suffocating under others beliefs pressures.

To me all three of those cards are related to family and its protection. Both the bear and leopard are extremely protective of their family. The Gibbon is about family unity and a time to mend fences with the family and become a family unit again. The first two at this time give off the protective aura of protecting the family and nourishing them with love and care. This is how I saw those three cards.
